Chef John Ricardo started cooking at a young age at home. That led to Culinary training in high school and college, fueling a passion that led to multiple career opportunities working with great chefs in evolving kitchens. That educational journey led him to create Food Court Craft Kitchen.
The name Food Court Craft Kitchen morphed from the Court Street location, and John & Sarah’s vision on the menu offerings. With a food court, there's a varied, wide selection. Not one specific cuisine, but a little bit of everything done seasonally well. That is the definition of a craft kitchen to them. There's craft beer, there's craft cocktails. Well, why can't there be a craft kitchen with emphasis on the cuisine? Creative dishes, from shareable small plates to full-size entrees, with everything made from scratch, in-house utilizing proper cooking techniques.
